Who are we?
FOSS Bhutan is a budding community dedicated to fostering a vibrant open-source ecosystem in Bhutan. A realization, where a community is always better than a single brain or a pair of eyeballs. We believe in the power of collective intelligence and the transformative potential of open-source technologies for Bhutan.
Who we do?
The FOSS Bhutan community nurtures a vibrant open-source community in Bhutan. We organize regular events, workshops, and hackathons to bring together tech enthusiasts, developers, and learners of all levels with an initial focus in Thimphu. By leveraging the collective expertise of our community, we aim to create a supportive and inspiring environment for learning, collaboration, and innovation. We rely on the passion and dedication of our volunteers to drive the community forward.

The introductory event on FOSS has professionals from the Bhutan community introducing their work with FOSS followed by a networking and peer learning session.
